Organised by UN-Habitat, the World Urban Forum (WUF) is the leading international conference on urban development. The theme of the 12th World Urban Forum 2024 is: « It all begins at home: Local actions for the sustainable development of cities and communities ».

The 12th World Urban Forum is an opportunity for Climate Chance to continue implementing the recommendations of the Yaoundé Roadmap for Sustainable Habitats in Africa.

French Pavilion programme

The French Pavilion is run by the Partenariat Français pour la Ville et les Territoires (PFVT).

The French Pavilion at WUF12 offers a rich and dynamic programme. Climate Chance is taking part in several debates and is also presenting two pitch presentations.

Round table of the PFVT “Habitat” working group

Climate Chance is taking part in the round table of the « Habitat » working group of the Partenariat Français pour la Ville et les Territoires (PFVT), which will also provide an opportunity to put forward the recommendations of the Yaoundé Roadmap and discuss ways of speeding up its implementation.
