  • Vaia TUUHIA

    Managing Director

    Vaia is a graduate of the École Supérieure de Commerce in Rouen, and trained in urban planning and environment at the CNAM and in EU external relations at the Université Libre of Brussels. She represented French Polynesia at the European Union from 2005 to 2010. Vaia has been involved in sustainable development for over 20 years and has contributed to a number of projects and working groups on the subject of the SDGs with NGOs, on the regenerative economy for an AFNOR SPEC with pioneering companies and local authorities, collaborated on systemic diagnosis with L'entreprise symbiotique, and carried out studies for GIPs and strengthening platforms in the international cooperation and solidarity sector. She knows Climate Chance inside out, and was one of its founding members. She joined the association in July 2025 as Managing Director.

  • Yann ULLIAC

    Director of Partnerships

    Contact

    Yann holds degrees in anthropology and business administration. He has worked in both the public and private sectors for over 20 years, in the fields of cultural diplomacy, social protection, CSR and ESG consulting, and innovation and partnerships for the common good. An architect of relationships and networks, Yann is committed to sustainable development and has contributed to several projects and working groups on SDGs with civil society, new models of organisations and territories, and territorial and international coalitions, including European programmes.   • Alpha OUMAR BARRY

    Coordinator of activities on the ground for the biodiversity corridors project in Guinea

    With a degree in the History of International Relations, Alpha Oumar Barry has developed solid experience in project coordination, facilitation, awareness-raising and local capacity-building in Guinea. Active in the field of sustainable development and a public speaking coach, he combines his different skills to help local dynamics emerge around projects with a strong social and environmental impact in Guinea. He joined Climate Chance in April 2025 and is based in Labé, in the natural region of Fouta-Djallon.

    Event and Communications Officer

    Inès graduated from the Sorbonne with a degree in History and International Affairs, specialising in environmental history. After initial experience in communications and events at the Académie des sciences d'outre mer, she joined Climate Chance in September 2024, attracted by environmental issues in Europe and Africa.

  • Yotam YAGOUR

    Advocacy and Program Officer

    A graduate of Aix Marseille University and Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University, Yotam holds a Master's degree in European and International Studies specializing in the Mediterranean basin and a Master's degree in Contemporary History of International Relations. Through his professional experience in institutional and associative structures, Yotam has developed expertise in decentralized cooperation, territorial diplomacy, international events, and international advocacy. He began working with Climate Chance in 2024, during the preparation of the Climate Chance Europe/Africa Summit in Marseille, as a project manager specializing in climate diplomacy and events for the municipality. He joined Climate Chance in September 2025 as Advocacy and Programming Officer.

  • Lursika d'ALMEIDA

    Biodiversity Officer

    Contact

    Holding a degree in Strategies and Techniques for Development, Lursika Ifé d'ALMEIDA gained initial experience in project coordination and biodiversity corridor management in Brazil. There, she developed expertise in circular socioeconomics in the Maceió Lagoon region, as well as in ecological corridor management in the Amazon. Building on this experience, she joined Climate Chance in October 2025 as a Biodiversity Project Officer apprentice.
