What is the Pitch Corner?
The Pitch Corner is a unique space, at the heart of the event, allowing project leaders to present their initiatives for 15 minutes as part of the Summit.
By participating, you contribute to:
- Strengthen multi-stakeholder mobilisation across the various sectors of climate action, biodiversity, and adaptation by sharing your experience, successes, and challenges.
- Enrich the programme of the Climate Chance Africa 2025 Summit with initiatives that will have the opportunity to be presented at the Pitch Corner. The Pitch Corner takes place at the heart of the event and provides visibility for players carrying remarkable projects or initiatives.
- Feed the Cartography of action and highlight the remarkable initiatives taking place in Africa.
Strengthen multi-stakeholder engagement
You can participate under the following conditions:
- Be a non-state actor: local authorities and communities, businesses, associations, trade unions, professional federations, non-governmental organisations, scientific bodies, donors, citizens involved in climate action in Africa, youth and women’s organisations, farmers’ organisations, etc.
- Have a project taking place on the African continent.
- Have an innovative project ongoing that can be replicated on the largest scale on one of the following themes :
- Urban adaptation: resilience of cities and territories
- Mitigation: renewable energy
- Biodiversity: ecological corridors, nature-based solutions
Please note: the selected contributors for the Pitch Corner are responsible for their registration for the Climate Chance Africa Summit 2025, as well as their travel and accommodation expenses.
