Presentation of the Observatory’s Global Synthesis Report on Climate Action 2023

The Climate Chance Observatory releases the Global Synthesis Report on Climate Action 2023, which is presented each year at the time of the COP. It provides a unique global overview of the actions actually taken by the various non-state actors in the main emissions sectors: energy, transport, buildings, industry, waste and land use.

This sixth edition, on the occasion of the Global Stocktake of collective progress under the Paris Agreement, examines the strategies of businesses, local governments and civil society to drive climate action since 2015.

This webinar will present the key takeaways of the 2023 report on the theme: “Time for Accountability: On the eve of the first Global Stocktake of the Paris Agreement, are non-state actors implementing their commitments?”.
