Climate Chance and the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CCRE) are organizing a webinar focused on the challenges of the upcoming European adaptation strategy.
Titled “Building the New European Adaptation Strategy: How Are Local Authorities and Civil Society Contributing to Climate Resilience in Europe?”, this session aims to bring together local authorities, economic actors, and civil society organizations to discuss priorities for climate resilience in Europe.
Hosted by Ronan Dantec, President of Climate Chance and CCRE Climate Spokesperson, the webinar will feature several speakers from local authorities, the economic sector, and civil society.

On the occasion of Europe Day, Climate Chance will take part in Europa Festival 2026 in Marseille, organized by the Regional Representation of the European Commission in partnership with several local authorities.
Climate Chance will host a “Climate Mission” booth, dedicated to raising public awareness about European climate and adaptation issues. This participation will also showcase the activities of the Climate Chance network and the European Adaptation Coalition.

The Climate Chance Europe Summit 2026 will bring together non-state actors, local authorities, European institutions, businesses, associations, and researchers committed to climate action in Brussels.
Held in the context of the upcoming revision of the European adaptation strategy, this event will promote dialogue among European stakeholders, share local experiences, and highlight concrete solutions to strengthen climate resilience in Europe.
