Decentralised Cooperation for Climate Action

The objective of this Focus is to gather the views of practitioners of external action of local authorities in Africa in order to identify how decentralised cooperation can be an important source of inspiration and transfer of experience for public policies in favour of the climate.

In particular, this focus will allow us to understand the new dynamics of decentralised cooperation for the climate in Senegal, and then to question the role of decentralised cooperation between local authorities in the international effort towards carbon neutrality.
