Overview of the project
The MRV and M&E System of the Government of the State of Jalisco is a tool that allows to monitor and report the progress of the measures and actions executed by the different dependencies of the state government for the fulfillment of the goals established in the state program for action on climate change. In this way, the different government agencies involved can periodically, transparently and reliably evaluate compliance with the measures and actions envisaged.
This project is in the framework of the nrgr4SD’s RegionsAdapt initiative. It’s a clear adaptation action that the State of Jalisco reports annually in the fight against climate change.
To have a MRV and M&E System that allows the Government of the State of Jalisco, to evaluate year after year, in a transparent and reliable manner, the degree of progress in the policy of mitigation and adaptation to climate change of the State.
