FAQ – Choosing the Right Registration Option
Several major events will take place in Abidjan from 19 to 22 October 2026. Registration procedures vary depending on the event(s) you wish to attend.
What does the CIMDC2026 registration include?
The CIMDC2026 registration provides access to:
- the International Conference on Sustainable Mobility and Climate (CIMDC) on 20–21 October 2026;
- the African Paratransit Exhibition (SATA) on 20–21 October 2026;
- the technical visits scheduled for 22 October 2026;
- lunches and coffee breaks during the two conference days.
A participant welcome service and shuttle transfers from Félix Houphouët-Boigny International Airport will also be available from 18 October 2026.
Please note that travel and accommodation costs are not included and remain the responsibility of participants.
Does registration for CIMDC2026 include access to the CODATU Scientific Conference?
No. The CIMDC2026 registration does not include access to the 19th CODATU Scientific Conference, which will take place on 19 October 2026.
A separate registration is required to attend the Scientific Conference.
Who can attend the 19th CODATU Scientific Conference?
The 19th CODATU Scientific Conference is reserved for researchers and professionals involved in education and training in the field of urban mobility.
Participants must be able to provide proof of affiliation with a university, research centre, or education and training institution.
The registration fee includes:
- access to the Scientific Conference;
- coffee breaks;
- lunch.
This registration does not provide access to CIMDC2026, the African Paratransit Exhibition (SATA), or the technical visits.

Do I need to register separately for the African Paratransit Exhibition?
No. Access to the African Paratransit Exhibition (SATA) is included in the CIMDC2026 registration.
There is no need to complete a separate registration form to attend the exhibition.

How is my CIMDC2026 registration confirmed?
Your registration will only be confirmed once the registration fee has been paid.
After completing the registration form, you must make your payment via HelloAsso by clicking the “Pay” button on the registration page.
The contribution suggested by HelloAsso is optional. You can modify or remove it during the payment process by clicking “Edit my contribution”.
Are travel and accommodation expenses covered?
No. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of participants.
Practical information is available on the website to help you plan your trip, including recommended hotels, flight information, airport reception, shuttle services, and transportation within Abidjan.
