Interoperability of ticketing is the theme of this session, as a facilitator of access to the mobility offer. It covers many issues: organizational, fare, contractual and technical. It is often complex to implement for a transport authority, especially when it was not foreseen at the system design stage. The objective of this session is to provide a better understanding of the issues, solutions and pitfalls to be avoided in interoperability.
