Overview of the project
RAEDIFICARE is a digital marketplace that facilitates the re-use of building materials, thereby reducing the carbon footprint of the construction industry. Available as SaaS or white label, it offers advanced tools for listing, selling and buying materials from the deconstruction sector. With more than 2,000 materials listed, RAEDIFICARE is a major player in the re-use sector in France.

RAEDIFICARE references more than 2,000 materials and has 900 users. In three years, more than 300 projects have resulted in the recovery of 15,000 materials, avoiding 1.5 tonnes of CO₂ per tonne reused. By 2024, 500 tonnes of materials had been recovered, reducing waste and costs.
The tool improves the traceability of materials, facilitates trade in the building and public works sector and measures carbon savings. It supports local authorities, project owners and companies in their drive towards sustainable construction, with cost-effective solutions. We have supported major groups and local authorities in these initiatives.
