The EU’s Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), voted in on 24 April 2024 by European Parliament after a lot of back and forth, is a key legislation aiming to hold companies accountable for their environmental and human rights impacts.  It represents a significant step forward for effective corporate accountability.
