Messibat International France is an African/French company that has been working for several years in the ecological and energy transition in the construction sector in France.
Overview of the project
This 25-hectare eco-district promotes climate resilience, energy autonomy, and environmental harmony through local materials and sustainable technologies.
It features bioclimatic design, solar energy, ecological water management, and urban agriculture. Bamboo and adobe are used for natural construction, and smart systems support sustainable living.
The neighbourhood encourages soft mobility, inclusivity, and well-being, with green spaces, an ecological pool, and shared amenities.
Bioclimatic design and construction of an eco-district using bio/geosourced materials and which will be self-sufficient in energy, drinking water, ecological sanitation, permaculture and electric mobility.

This future 25-hectare eco-neighbourhood focuses on climate resilience, energy autonomy and harmony with nature, through the use of local materials and sustainable technologies.
It combines bioclimatic architecture, green roofs, adobe and bamboo construction. Solar energy, biogas and rainwater recovery ensure its autonomy. Ecological sanitation and energy-saving equipment ensure responsible management of resources.
The neighbourhood incorporates permaculture, soft mobility and home automation, and offers an inclusive living environment with green spaces, an ecological swimming pool and shared leisure activities.
The project reduces carbon emissions by using local materials, renewable energy, and vegetation. Its bioclimatic design helps lower the need for heating and air conditioning.
The neighbourhood is self-sufficient in energy, water, and food, thanks to sustainable and resilient systems.
It offers a green, inclusive, and healthy living environment that promotes well-being.
The project also supports the local economy through the creation of sustainable jobs in construction, agriculture, and services.
