Overview of the project

The CoCliCo project promotes construction adapted to hot climates, without refrigerants or fossil fuels, combining comfort, accessibility, and low-tech, low-cost solutions (natural cooling, hygrothermal materials, greening). It is structured around three main pillars: participatory R&D with local residents, the design of pilot buildings (offices, housing, shops), and performance evaluation for certification and replication.
