This project aims to promote vegetable-based diets with less meat and preferably local produce in order to reduce carbon footprints.

Overview of the project

  • This project is all about creating a new consumption habit and making new recipes that use the smallest amount of carbone. Raising awareness and mobilising everyone in this project is important.

Creating new recipes with less CO2 in order to incite people to adopt vegetable-based diets with less meat and preferably local produce.
