Overview of the project

A mobile education programme for pygmy children in the Congo Basin, incorporating climate change issues, involving local communities and strengthening their environmental and cultural resilience.

Objective

The aim is to develop an innovative educational model tailored to the realities of pygmy children from the indigenous community of the Congo Basin forest in the DRC, to raise their awareness of the challenges of climate change and equip them with the skills to adapt to its effects.

Financing

British Telecom France has offered us a donation of 7 pcs, and the IPOMA foundation in Kinshasa has provided funding to the tune of 10,000 US dollars, but the project is worth 53,000 euros, given the need. We are looking for other sources of funding.
