An agroecology assessment and training were carried out in partnership with ANCAR.
A steering committee of 5 members was formed, with one meeting held and 18 participants in attendance.
Two key decisions were made: validation of roles and adoption of the action plan.

Damaged wells and fragile fences were identified, along with technical challenges faced by the producer groups.
Improvements in food security and women’s autonomy were observed.
The project was integrated into the municipal budget.
Skills were assessed, structured monitoring was put in place, and exchanges were facilitated.
